Description
The successful applicant must be able to multi-task and coordinate office duties, intra office communication and procedures. Must be well organized, flexible and able to meet deadlines.


Job Description:


  • Main duties include Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
  • General basic accounting duties.
  • Organize general office operation.
  • Minor reception and telephone answering.
  • Purchasing office supplies and small equipment.
  • Produce reports for upper management.
  • Maintaining and updating safety records.
  • Aid in Human Resources management.
  • Other adhoc office duties as requested by Management.
Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' office experience
  • Strong understanding & competency of accounting principles, payroll and administrative work
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Quickbooks/QBO, MS Office (Excel is essential)
  • Basic accounting experience / training.
  • Office admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
