Description
The successful applicant must be able to multi-task and coordinate office duties, intra office communication and procedures. Must be well organized, flexible and able to meet deadlines.Job Description:
- Main duties include Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
- General basic accounting duties.
- Organize general office operation.
- Minor reception and telephone answering.
- Purchasing office supplies and small equipment.
- Produce reports for upper management.
- Maintaining and updating safety records.
- Aid in Human Resources management.
- Other adhoc office duties as requested by Management.
- Minimum of 5 years' office experience
- Strong understanding & competency of accounting principles, payroll and administrative work
- Postsecondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficient in Quickbooks/QBO, MS Office (Excel is essential)
- Basic accounting experience / training.
- Office admin experience
- Excellent communication skills
Job Types:

Pay:
$44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
