Welcome to the 43 North restaurant group. We are proud to be one the largest hospitality employers in the Niagara region.

We manage a variety of culinary experiences from A Winery experience to full service dining and everything in between; including; corporate events, on and off-site catering as well as pedal tours.

We are currently looking for an individual to join our accounting team working at our newest acquisition Queenston Mile Winery


Job Summary:
General office admin task and supportive duties

AP/AR

Payroll Support

Invoicing and Vendor Postings

Reconcile accounts, credit cards, bank accounts, monthly vendor statements.

Post & Maintain Journal Entries

Experience in Sage, Quickbooks & MS Office is prioritized


Qualifications:
2+ years bookkeeping in the wine industry

Proficient written and oral English skills

Great interpersonal skills that enable the Bookkeeper to clearly and effectively communicate with other employees

The ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines

The ability to communicate complex financial data with other members

Strong data entry skills

Familiarity with the general principles of accounting

A strong understanding of math and financials

The ability to use various financial transactions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
