Tundra Rescue is hiring for full time positions for qualified Level III IRATA and/or SPRAT Rope Access Technicians for blade repair work, who are able to work in Ontario, Canada.

Job Outline:

In this position you'll use your skills and experience, as a certified
Level III
IRATA and/or SPRAT Rope Access Technician, to perform blade repair rope access services.

Must be able to work in Canada:

Must have a valid Ontario driver's license;
Ability to climb multiple 80m (260 ft) towers on a daily basis
Desire to learn and take on new challenges;
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsible and able to work in a team, as well as alone, with constant focus on quality & safety
Reliability and a positive approach towards work and life
High willingness to learn and develop
Fall Protection/Working from Heights, WMIS, and First Aid training, or willingness to be trained
Capable of working in adverse and extreme weather conditions

Responsibilities include:

Work at heights in excess of 300 feet and in confined spaces to complete blade inspections and repair
Work using SPRAT or IRATA regulations
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, in various locations, as required
Inspect, maintain and repair various types of infrastructure
Taking care of tools and all of Tundra Rescue's equipment
Maintaining personal certifications and qualifications for this field of work

Salary:
From $75,000.00 per year
