    The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for delivering rehabilitation services to children and adult populations using a client-centered, goal-oriented approach. These services include assessment, direct intervention, consultation, and education within various settings such as acute care, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, clients' homes, schools, and community centers.


    Responsibilities



    • Maintain a high level of independence in planning and delivering rehabilitation services

    • Prioritize work tasks effectively and exercise initiative in resolving complex issues

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals aligned with the organization's mission and vision

    • Develop professional relationships with colleagues across different departments

    • Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
