The role is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment for all media.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:


  • Discrepancy resolution working in collaboration with the planning team as well as media outlets, across all platforms
  • Accurate inputting and maintaining of media for assigned clients and cross checking with Budget Control Reports (BCR)
  • Liaise with billing department to solve discrepancies
  • Support in periodical actualization of budgets in the system
  • Data input on MediaOcean systems
  • Verifying campaign deliveries
  • Assist in maintenance of Budget Control Reports
  • Assist with monthly client billings
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need:


  • University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field is an asset
  • Proficient with DDS is an asset
  • Intermediate to expert with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of account reconciliations and understanding of financial concepts is key
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
