RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Sous la supervision du Directeur de transformation TI, vous serez une personne ressource dans l'implantation de projets TI.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Participer à l'implantation de projets majeurs au niveau des TI incluant la planification et l'élaboration d'échéancier;
• Collaborer à la migration des données;
• Supporter et former les utilisateurs dans leur apprentissage des nouveaux logiciels;
• Évaluer les nouveaux outils et les nouvelles technologies disponibles pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration;
• Soutenir notre programme d'amélioration continue en lien avec les TI;
• Exercer un rôle de leader dans la réalisation de projet en mode agile,
• Tenir à jour les différentes documentations techniques
• Le poste requiert des déplacements occasionnels dans nos différentes places d'affaires.
• Lieu de travail : Selon la provenance du candidat possibilité de travailler à Saint-Georges, à Laurier Station ou à Boucherville.

EXIGENCES

• Connaissances approfondies des langages : C++, (C#, X++, .net, Low Code, No Code, Python, Web, mobilité sont des atouts);
• Notions en analyse d'affaires nécessaires;
• Grandes habiletés avec l'environnements et outils de Microsoft (Power Platform, Azure, Business Apps);
• Très bonne compréhension des architectures Microsoft (certifs un atout);
• Niveau de français et anglais avancé à l'écrit et à l'oral;
• Fortes habiletés en gestion interpersonnelles et Leadership;
• Avoir une bonne tolérance au stress et au changement;
• Rigueur, dynamisme et persévérance;
• Le bilinguisme est requis car ce rôle exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.

Du lundi au vendredi: 37.5 heures par semaine

Télétravail: occasionnel selon la politique de l'entreprise.

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the IT Transformation Manager, you will be a resource person in the implementation of IT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the implementation of major IT projects, including planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate on data migration
• Support and train users in the use of new software.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support our IT continuous improvement program
• Exercise a leadership role in the realization of projects in agile mode
• Keep technical documentation up to date
• The position requires occasional travel to our various business locations.
• Workplace: Depending on the candidate's origin, you may work in Saint-Georges, Laurier Station or Boucherville.

REQUIREMENTS

• In-depth knowledge of languages: C++, (C#, X++, .net, Low Code, No Code, Python, Web, mobility are assets)
• Notions in business analysis required
• Strong skills with Microsoft environment and tools (Power Platform, Azure, Business Apps)
• good understanding of Microsoft architectures (certs an asset);
• Advanced level of written and spoken French and English
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good tolerance for stress and change
• Rigor, dynamism and perseverance
• Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec.

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

Telecommuting: occasional according to company policy.
