Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute framing tasks efficiently.
Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
Framing tasks include standing walls, framing walls, floor framing, roof framing, deck framing, deficiencies, and finish framing.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and accomplish tasks within set timelines.
Adherence to ALL safety standards and regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Framer/Carpenter in a construction environment.
A wellrounded understanding of wall framing, floor framing, deck framing, and roof framing.
Proficiency in using framing tools and equipment, including saws, nail guns, and measuring devices.
Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. (preferred)
Indepth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to quality standards.
5 years framing experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (preferred)
