- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute framing tasks efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
- Framing tasks include standing walls, framing walls, floor framing, roof framing, deck framing, deficiencies, and finish framing.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and accomplish tasks within set timelines.
- Adherence to ALL safety standards and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Framer/Carpenter in a construction environment.
- A wellrounded understanding of wall framing, floor framing, deck framing, and roof framing.
- Proficiency in using framing tools and equipment, including saws, nail guns, and measuring devices.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. (preferred)
- Indepth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
- Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to quality standards.
- 5 years framing experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (preferred)
