We are seeking a skilled and organized
Dental Receptionist to join our team in West Vancouver on a
full-time basis
We are a modern, boutique clinic located in a well-established community, right next to the beach in West Vancouver.

As a fully equipped dental office designed for patient comfort and offering a comprehensive list of treatments, our goal is to enhance the patient experience by providing them with high quality service and care in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday per month.
• Up to 35 hours per week.
• No evenings

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator/Receptionist is a requirement:

• 
  Completion of a Dental Receptionist course or certificate is a requirement:
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and families
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer service mindset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
