Horizon Vein and Cosmetic Clinic (HVCC) is a client-focused, results-oriented Medical Aesthetics Clinic providing top-quality cosmetic and medical services.

HVCC is part of the Horizon Family Medicine group (currently 16 physicians), a locally owned company started by physicians and serving Central Alberta for the last 12 years.

We want to serve our clients in a way that leaves them feeling that they are beautiful - inside and out.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Client Service Representative that is passionate about skincare, the beauty industry, and providing clients with exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to
  multitask and work in a busy environment, managing a high volume of phone calls and messages
• Demonstrate
  exceptional professionalism and dedication to exceeding client's expectations
• Strong administration skills including scheduling, payment processing, general clinic upkeeping, and other office tasks as required.
• Previous experience working with Skincare, Makeup or in Medical Aesthetics industry is
  preferred.
• A
  desire to learn and advance knowledge and skillset
• The ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
• Experience working with medical booking software (EMR) is an asset.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 18-24 per week


Salary:
$16.00-$17.50 per hour
