Eastman Plumbing has been providing quality service in everything we do since 2009. We are proud of our in-house team of experts as well as our professional contacts who will repair, renovate, or upgrade with exceptional skill and customer service. Eastman Plumbing is currently looking for a Dispatcher-Administrator to join our office and administration team.
This person is responsible for a variety of tasks while providing exceptional, professional customer service


Responsibilities

Dispatch:

  • Receive and book calls based on priority
  • Book estimates for both renovation and plumbing managers
  • Monitor technicians progress throughout the day
  • Work with parts department to ensure jobs are booked as soon as possible
  • Ensure followup appointments are booked in a timely manner

Accounts Receivable:

  • Export invoices and payments into Quickbooks while verifying that amounts match

Accounts Payable:

  • Scan and load all receipts into Quickbooks using Dext
  • Match receipts to transactions on all accounts in Quickbooks
  • Maintain and verify employee credit card receipts
  • Verify monthly vendor statements and invoices match

Payroll & HR:

  • Complete weekly payroll using Service Titan to generate timesheets and Quickbooks to process pay.
  • Input new employees into Quickbooks and Service Titan
  • Work with Operations Manager to onboard new employees including gathering information, building job offers, supplying uniforms, benefit enrollment etc

Social Media & Marketing:

  • Work with Operations Manager to create plan for marketing manager and gather required materials such as photographs
Performs other duties as assigned.


Experience & Education

  • Must be proficient on a computer
  • Experience using Quickbooks, Dext, Service Titan and/or similar software considered an asset
  • Must have excellent telephone communication skills
  • Dispatching experience is considered an asset
  • 1+ years of experience in an office environment is considered an asset
  • Experience in plumbing or construction environment considered an asset

Employment Details

  • This position is fulltime with scheduled shifts Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am & 5:00pm
  • This position includes a benefit package
  • Wage Range: $2025 per hour based on experience

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
