As an Office Representative, you'll be working with a team of energetic and talented professionals who enjoy learning new things and customizing the insurance needs of the client. The position consists of the delegation of service and sales leads, billing and payment service and regulation and working with agent to develop and implement marketing strategies. Also customer service including (but not limited to) responding to client inquiries regarding coverages, making policy changes, insurance availability and eligibility, claims, and billing/payments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tecumseh, ON N8N 1W9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
