TML is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Motorcycle Accessories Store Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring security and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure adequate stock of merchandise.
• Assist customers in finding the right products, providing expert advice on sizing and compatibility.
• Take orders for items that are not currently in stock, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our pointofsale system.
• Perform daily tasks such as restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and maintaining store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycle accessories is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:

$18.00 per hour

Expected hours:
48 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
