In this roll you will ensure staff is meeting and surpassing the experience of customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Preparation and verification of daily cash reportsEnsuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactionsTraining staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their roleSupervising and supporting on the floorCoordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventoryUpdate staffs schedule and changesInteracts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer serviceInvolved in the making of and receiving food / drink ordersReceive payment for all services provided to the customerListen and respond to customer complaintsEnsure the work area is clean and organized at all timesRelieve Servers as requiredUphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employeesOther duties as assignedWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:
