Description

Purpose:

To support IS&T infrastructure operations and maintenance and ensure infrastructure environments are maintained, up-to-date, and secured.

Education:

College diploma in computer science, IT or related fields.

Experience:

One (1) year hands-on experience with server and infrastructure operations and maintenance.

Skills:

Skills:

Ability to install, monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the following: VMWare server virtualization, Trend Micro Deep Security, HCL Domino platform, Commvault backup, Windows Server and Linux environments, Azure cloud platform.

Strong communication skills to provide detailed instructions to others.
Excellent customer service skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
