Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience with developing scalable architectures using API management, microservices frameworks, PaaS.
  • Experience with modern software development lifecycle methodologies and tools including CI/CD, container orchestration and Day 2 operations.
  • Experience with networking concepts, including software defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, firewalls, and logging and monitoring of hybridcloud workloads.
  • Experience with largescale virtualization deployments.
  • Ability to understand a complex customer's existing software workloads and define a technical migration roadmap to the Cloud reflecting specific customer needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Work to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Provide indepth enterprise infrastructure/cloud modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's customers, including product and solution briefings, proofofconcept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
  • Structure and execute prototyping workshops to prove out proposed new architectures, develop best practices, and document key blocking requirements for prioritization with developers.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.
