Reporting to the Site Lead, the Administrative Assistant provides office managerial support to the Site Lead/Health Services Manager and leadership team.
The incumbent functions as a primary point of contact for the Manager responding to general information requests related to the office or referring calls to others as appropriate.
The Assistant also acts as liaison between management, staff, physicians and the community.Provides confidential administrative service with high quality of organizational and communication skills to assist and support the Manager in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office on a daily basis.
Graduate of a recognized office administration program/business program/secretarial program.-3-5 years of administrative experience OR a combination of equivalent education, training, and experience
Permanent, Full-time (100%) position; 75 hours bi-weekly
