We are seeking for a Travel Consultant for a reputable Client.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, packages, cruises, travel insurance, car rentals, tours and more
- Assist in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist customers on last minute basis in a professional manner
Requirements:
- TICO Certified
- Must have previous travel agency experience
- Amadeus and sabre knowledge is recommended
- Good command of the English language is a must
Experience:
Travel Agency: 1 year (Minimum)
Licence/Certification:
- TICO Certified
Work Location:
In person
Pay:
$17.80-$20.97 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 45 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
