A day in the life of a T1 Scanner

Receive and process all client documentation related to the filing of personal tax returns;
Organize and scan hard copy documents using integrated software;
Communicate with all levels of staff assigned to personal tax preparation;
Maintain database information and respond to requests for status of information;
Assist with the assembly of trust returns (soft copies);
Basic skills with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

What you bring to the role:

College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience;
Serviceoriented, logical, organized, flexible, reliable, meticulous;
Ability to function effectively in team situations both within and across departments;
Willingness and ability to learn new software programs and processes in a close period of time.
