McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association of Calgary and Area is a responsive and innovative organization making a difference in the lives of more than 3000 vulnerable children, youth and families annually.

We support children, youth and families with complex needs that can include mental health issues, addictions, homelessness, poverty and disability by providing them with the services and supports they need to thrive.

McMan is recruiting for a
Case Manager to join our Hope Homes program.

Operating from a Housing First and Harm Reduction Approach; the Case Manager will be responsible for assisting youth in obtaining and maintaining safe housing, supporting their education or employment goals and any other areas of support that is required to help them successfully transition out of homelessness and into independence.


  • A degree or diploma in Human Services
  • Three (3) years' experience working with youth
  • Strong writing, organizational, program planning and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge of Indigenous history, language and culture.
  • Experience with HMIS data preferred
  • Current standard First Aid Certification and Suicide Intervention Training
  • Valid Driver's license and adequate insurance coverage.
