We are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team.

What are we looking for?

You'll have a proven track record of delivering a phenomenal customer experience.
This person will lead and support new customers onboarding onto the SciLeads platform and remain.
Their main point of contact throughout the life of the contract.
Relationships of all levels and negotiating renewals.
Influence strategy and product priorities to drive adoption and retention.
Build your network by working with the industry's leading biopharma companies.

We're looking for someone with:

Based in either Ontario or British Columbia
2+ years of Customer Success or Sales experience
A science industry background is essential
Problemsolving ability, customercentric outlook, and excellent communication skills
Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and renewing your portfolio of Accounts
Experience working with crossfunctional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product)
Customercentric approach with excellent listening and organization skills
