Job Description:


  • Lead, manage and organize a department team (inbound or outbound) and monitor productivity
  • Support Inbound/Outbound Department Managers in maximizing operational excellence, quality and efficiency/productivity by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
  • Lead the team to unload, split, crossdock, allocation to buffer, between buffers and to drop point in the pick areas, VAS, handle online returns and crossDC/region moves, quality sample checking
  • Secure efficiency and smooth operations in costefficient way according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
  • Ensure inbound of planned qty. and correct storage of products
  • Responsible to conduct inventory counts
  • Understand core features of systems in the warehouse (ie. E2E product flow & impact), being able to run daytoday operations
  • Identify risks and issues within the department team and support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/Export, where relevant
  • Responsible for retail store allocation & replenishment and online picking, pick location storage and replenishment, packing, potential future outbound VAS and shipping to fulfill customer expectations
  • Guarantee optimal product availability and picking
  • Identify risks and issues in daily DC inbound/outbound department team and report to inbound/outbound Department Manager to support resolving identified risks, issues and followup

Qualifications:


  • Must have one to two years of management experience, preferably in distribution center and/or store operations
  • Preferably at least one year in Distribution Center Operations in a high volume, high SKU replenish and pick environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to company specific systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and decisionmaking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
