We are looking to add a Customer Service Oriented person to our team


This services member will be outgoing individual that understands what the spirit of hospitality is, a team player and with a get it done attitude.

We are big on helping eachother out, making sure everyone is primed for success that day in all departments.


As Guest services agents will have an understanding of guest satisfaction and also a drive to do the job right.

Understanding that you are responsible for the first impression of our property (including keeping things tidy).

Checking in/out guests, Taking reservations and assisting guests, balancing your transactions after each shift, and beign hands on in the organziational flow and complete tasks as required by the shift you will be working.


As Night Auditor you'll be conducting a nightly audit, balancing and consolidating departmental ledger accounts, preparation of various hotel operating reports and taking over duties of the Guest Services Agent.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' concerns that may arise during the night shift.
  • Follow up on all guest concerns to ensure appropriate action has been taken.
  • Compile information passon data to relay important messages regarding guest, housekeeping or maintenance issues to various department managers.
  • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
  • Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
  • Daily accounting data entry and reconciliations
  • Post all daily room and outstanding charges.
  • Balance all revenue totals of cash and credits against revenue report.
  • Checking and accepting float and takings.
  • Prepare hotel operating reports and complete audit package to laiddown standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a smile.

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred) OR just an awesome personailty we can train skills to.

  • Sky Touch or Choice Advantage experience an asset
  • Criminal Record Check Required

Starting From $15.00 per hour

Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am / 32-40 hour every week
