General Accountability:


As a Commercial Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the marketing department with its initiatives and programs.

The position is responsible for collaborating within the team to lead the brand and message for our patients and physicians and to effectively communicate these to our external partners and patients.

Working closely with Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement, this role will support the successful implementation and delivery of strategies and initiatives, as well as the ability to work on special projects when necessary.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for commercial branding, messaging, and positioning for the key portfolios, specifically the TULSA-PRO product line.
  • Drive market segmentation and develop impactful collaterals and resources to support the Sales team with increasing utilization of products lines to patients, physicians (especially Urologists and Radiologists), and imaging centers.
  • Collaborate on the commercial strategy and marketing activities for the TULSA-PRO product portfolios, including crafting and implementing a strategic marketing plan to drive utilization and awareness.
  • Work crossfunctionally with the Training and Medical Education teams to ensure successful delivery of product brand and messaging for new launches and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Regulatory teams to create an impactful brand and message that resonates with patients and physicians, e.g., whitepapers, product comparisons and education material.
  • Analyze products, marketplace, competition, and emerging customer needs to create a competitive advantage and message that is impactful to our patients and physicians.
  • Build internal/external tools, resources, and campaigns to help promote the value of our products and services to effectively generate incremental revenue/maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Plan effective messaging, strategy, and tactics for the execution of impactful events and including tradeshows, conferences, and other events. Represent the company in a professional and effective manner at such events.
  • Attend and support events and conferences when needed.

Education and Certification:


  • Bachelor's degree

Key Attributes (experience, skills and technical knowledge):

  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • 5+ years of marketing and sales experience (medical device preferred)
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, brand messaging, simultaneously lead projects and bring them to successful completion
  • Experience establishing relationships and optimally communicating/working with customers and crossfunctions teams/partners
  • Organized selfstarter; able to work well under pressure, and manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Dedicated team player with a positive attitude who is also able to be an effective individual contributor
  • Communication and collaboration: Proactively share information within and across the organization; listen actively, tailor the message to the audience
