Leasing Agent - Edmonton, Canada - LN Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Property Manager
• Greet and assist prospective tenants in touring available units
• Provide information about rental properties, including amenities, lease terms, and pricing
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Coordinate moveins and moveouts, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
• Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
• Collaborate with Property Manager to ensure efficient operation of the property

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• Familiarity with property management software a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate lease terms with potential tenants
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

$20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Leasing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Edmonton, AB T6G 1K6: Relocate before starting work (required)
