    Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Proposals, the Digital Marketing Manager will support the marketing team in effectively promoting the company's messaging across all digital channels, including managing the company's website and social media presence. Their responsibilities will include growing our brand's influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness; and planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. They will also delegate responsibilities to content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.

    The Digital Marketing Manager will manage and work closely with the Brand and Marketing Content Specialist, and report directly to the Director of Marketing & Proposals.

    A Day in the life of a Digital Marketing Manager at Pinchin:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Pinchin, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Provide website management including content, analytics, monitoring, maintenance, and development/refresh as needed
  • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain the company's digital presence
  • Create and manage content for the company's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
  • Working with other stakeholders, establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in the company's marketing campaigns
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well the digital strategy is performing; and optimize user experience
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • What you bring to the Pinchin team:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing or related field
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
