Lullaboo Nursery and Childcare Centers, a family owned and operated childcare organization with 16 locations and over 550 employees across the GTA requires an Ordering Specialist to join their team.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ordering Specialist looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced childcare environment.

You must be comfortable working with a large amount of numerical data and documentation, as well as possess a sense of urgency, and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all aspects of order processing and management, including detailed review of all orders to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Accurate entry of all orders into the internal database
  • Support internal employees by liaising with 3rd party supplier(s) to resolve orderprocessing challenges
  • Respond to inquiries on status of orders and related paperwork
  • Review contracts, purchases and quotations for terms and conditions, and ensure proper expense tracking
Administration

  • Maintain various records and documents
  • Proficient in order processing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service and/or order processing.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Perform general office duties when required

Role requirements:

  • Post-Secondary education
  • Excellent oral and written fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Possess an excellent work ethic and organized
  • Outgoing, cando attitude, friendly and presentable
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills, can engage with team members, clients and external advisors
  • Detail oriented, discreet and possesses analytical skills
  • Previous experience in smaller firm environment
  • General accounting knowledge is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related software.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
