WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR US?

Fulltime position, 35 hours a week,
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm;:
Salary: 16$/hour + Performance bonuses (average of $1/hour for current employees);:

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE INSIDE SALES CORPORATE ACCOUNTS ?

Document in the system each call with information gathered from customer interactions;
Provide exemplary customer service to our customers by taking care to respond to inquiries, resolve reported problems and be available to them;
Prepare price lists, activate, adjust, cancel or modify price lists;
Establish respectful and collaborative relationships with customers, coworkers and supervisor;
Use available tools and technologies appropriately;
Promote Denis Office Supplies and Furniture and the quality of its services.

REQUIRED PROFIL of the inside sales corporate accounts:

Ability to listen, communicate orally and in writing, in french and english
Dynamic
Disciplined
Sense of purpose, analytical and organizational skills
Selfmotivation, respect for deadlines, ability to manage time efficiently

Workplace:
Strawberry Hill St., NS, B3K 5A8

Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
