We're currently seeking applicants for the Inside Sales position within our Building Services department. This role is multifaceted and operates from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilizing databases to spot potential customers.
Regularly updating the management team with lead generation reports.
Being the primary contact for inside sales inquiries and following up on quotation requests.
Managing scheduling and appointments for our Account Executives.
Maintaining precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions using our CRM system.
Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Consistently engaging with existing clients to uncover further opportunities.
Fulfilling other assigned duties.
We're seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in collaborative settings.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with our esteemed clientele.
The ability to foster strong relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in inside sales or a related B2B environment is preferred.
Competency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
