OVERVIEW
Commissionaires Great Lakes offers an immediate opportunity for a versatile, highly motivated Security Professional.

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills, strong working knowledge of computer systems, CCTV experience, a positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service, security and protection for our client's site.

As a front-line representative of our company and client's site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with mínimal supervision, have the ability to multitask and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.


JOB PROFILE
Supporting and maintaining the CFLTC students admissions and correspondence records on CFB Base Borden. Managing multiple computer systems and various software


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Understand and be able to use the Support Request Management System (SRMS)
  • Understand and be able to use the Room Master program to book accommodations for students attending CFLTC classes.
  • Understand and be able to use the CFLTC Student Database to update student files as needed.
  • Obtain all FIN Coding for the DND645s from the Fin Cell
  • Forward all DND645s to Base Transport for processing.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs used on DND Networks.
  • Other duties as may be required by the client or site supervisor

REQUIRED QULAIFICATIONS

  • Education or equivalent work experience in Administration, Human resources etc.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • 10 years of Canadian Residency (for successful Lvl 2 Government clearance)
