About the position:

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Total Compensation and HRIS Copper Division. This role will support the Compensation and HRIS team in various administrative tasks, projects and more.


HR & Group Insurance:


  • Drafting internal communications (letters, employment confirmations, employee reminders)
  • Prepare employee files (direct deposit, membership forms, new hire forms, etc.)
  • Create new employee profiles in HR systems (Ellipse and Empath)
  • Followup on personnel movements (hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, salary change, etc.)
  • Meet new Regional employees (group insurance and pension plan) and follow up on forms and complete preregistration on the insurer's platform.
  • Manage and monitor various internal and external training courses
  • Creation of Corridor Interactive profiles to track mandatory training
  • Reporting / System / Data:
  • Produce monthly and annual reports on hours worked
  • Ensure data integrity in all HR systems and that utilities access to systems complies with confidentiality and user role legislation (Empath, Ellipse).
  • And any other tasks requested by your manager.

Do you have what it takes?

  • College diploma in human resources or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a generalist.
  • Fluency in French and good English skills to serve offices outside Quebec
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work as part of a team, excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
