Dans le but de soutenir notre croissance et nos opérations, nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) **Agent (e) Service Client - retour et garantie (RMA)**

Poste permanent temps plein.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Recevoir les demandes de Retour de Marchandises (RMA) du service après-vente;
- Répondre aux courriels et aux appels des entrepreneurs concernant les procédures, les crédits manquants, et pour toutes autres questions en lien avec leur requête;
- Analyser les demandes pour s'assurer de leur conformité aux règles et à la procédure de retours;
- Déterminer le montant de crédit accordé en fonction des termes de garantie;
- Entrer dans le système ERP, les informations concernant les retours à recevoir;
- Collaborer à la production de rapport concernant les retours
- Faire le classement des documents papier et virtuel
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe

**Ce que nous recherchons**
- **Bilinguisme intermédiaire essentiel (français et anglais). Dois être en mesure de lire, parler et écrire pour répondre adéquatement aux clients en français et en anglais;**:

- Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire et/ou en service après-vente et/ou en comptes clients;
- Connaissance d'Excel;
- Autonomie, rigueur et bonne gestion de son temps;
- Orienté vers le service client;
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problème;
- Grande habileté à travailler en équipe et à communiquer;
- Bonne capacité d'apprentissage de nos produits (climatisation, ventilation, poignée de porte);
- L'entreprise est située dans le secteur industriel de St-Mathieu de Beloeil, accessible en voiture seulement, car le déplacement en transport en commun est impossible dans ce secteur de St-Mathieu de Beloeil (stationnement gratuit);

In order to support our growth and operations, we are currently looking for a **Customer Service Agent - Return of merchandise and warranty (RMA)**

Permanent full-time

**Main responsibilities**
- Receive Returned Merchandise (RMA) requests from the after-sales customer service;
- Analyse requests to ensure compliance with the rules and procedures for returns;
- Determine the amount of credit granted based on the terms of warranty;
- Enter information into the ERP system regarding returns to be received;
- Collaborate in the production of reports related to the return of merchandise;
- Perform all other related tasks;
**What we are looking for**
- **Intermediate bilingualism essential (French and English). Must be able to read, speak and write to respond adequately to customers in French and English;**:

- 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position and/or in customer service and/or accounts receivable;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Autonomy, strong attention to detail and good time management;
- Customer service oriented;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong teamwork and communication skills;
- Good ability to learn our products (air conditioning, ventilation, door handles);
- The company is located in the industrial sector of St-Mathieu de Beloeil, accessible by car only, as public transportation is impossible in this sector of St-Mathieu de Beloeil (free parking);
