We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to growing their professional career at Brymark while gaining valuable knowledge and experience through a variety of assignments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support, generate and lead the data collection for Daily LEM's (Labour, Equipment and Materials) and time card entry system
  • Work closely with the site supervisors, project controls personnel and the PM from both the field and office
  • Daily responsibilities include gathering field documentation, time card entry & cost coding of all labor, material packing slips, subcontractor LEM's and equipment on the Brymark Daily LEM's. Followed by submittal to the client
  • Submit all packing slips and subcontractor timesheets to the head office in an organized format ready for invoicing backup
  • Verify that all required documentation has been submitted daily and do a followup on any missing information
  • Prepare documents for weekly Brymark invoicing
  • Contribute and participate with the Project Controls team for client facing reporting
  • Support project status reports, job cost tracking and revenue reporting with the project controls team
  • Complete material takeoff to prepare estimates and purchase orders
  • Review technical documentation and prepare field work packages including drawings, manuals, SWEP, equipment requirements, access and materials
  • Support field crews with technical inquiries as required
  • Prepare RFI's and Technical submittals
  • Support Quality Control activities and documentation
  • Receive and track materials on site
  • Be a courageous safety leader within the company

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • EIT, Applied Science Technologist (AScTs) or similar trade experience
  • Construction experience and working knowledge of Construction Field Operations and typical field construction paperwork
  • Accounting education and experience is an asset
  • Procore Construction Project Management software or similar knowledge is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • First Aid level 1 is an asset
  • Good computer and word processing skills including experience with formatting documents to meet company standards consistently
  • Trades background is an asset with understanding of heavy industrial structural/mechanical components and processes. i.e., Heavy Equipment assembly installations, Bulk material handling such as conveyors
