    Job title: Guest Experience Ambassador

    Description

    City Experiences is seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team in Niagara. As a key member of our City Cruises operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests.

    The Guest Experience Ambassador is the face of our company, and we are looking for someone who embodies our RESPECT Service System. If you are a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
    • Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe and secure environment
    • Answer guest inquiries and provide information to assist them with making choices regarding shopping, dining, and sightseeing
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
