    This role reshapes how talent is attracted, inspired, and mobilized to deliver high-quality care across Canada.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement a forward-thinking strategy aligned with growth targets and national workforce plans.
    • Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and elevate a team of TA professionals while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and impact.
    • Hiring Needs: Partner closely with clinical and corporate leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce trends, and talent gaps.
    • Campus Recruitment: Build and execute national and international campus recruitment initiatives that develop early-career pipelines and strengthen the company's reputation among emerging professionals.
    • Employer Brand: Drive the execution of a compelling employer brand and EVP to enhance visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Recruitment Metrics: Leverage recruitment metrics and KPIs to demonstrate impact, optimize processes, and influence decisions at the leadership and board level.
    • Industry Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and technologies to implement best-in-class practices that improve candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.

    Requirements for Success:

    • National Talent Acquisition: Proven experience leading national talent acquisition strategies in healthcare or a similar high-compliance, service-driven industry in a multi-unit/location environment.
    • High-Performing Teams: A track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams.
    • Campus Programs: Experience designing and executing large-scale campus and early-career talent programs.
    • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence and the ability to confidently engage and influence senior stakeholders and board members.
    • Transformational Leadership: Demonstrated success in transforming recruitment teams into strategic business enablers and employer brand ambassadors.
    • Inclusive Teams: Passion for building inclusive, mission-aligned teams that thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
    • Recruitment Analytics: Deep knowledge of recruitment data and analytics, with comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
