St. Andrews Child Care Inc. is looking for a part time Cook/Child Care Assistant for our lunch program at our St. Andrews location.

The position involves preparing meals for our 40 space centre, light housekeeping duties, maintaining the kitchen, ordering groceries, menu preparation as well as providing care for the children at certain times of the day.

We have a great team and are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, fun loving individual with a strong work ethic to join our centre.

Qualifications:
*Basic cooking and housekeeping skills

*Effective time management and problem solving skills

*A genuine interest in working with children

*Previous experience in a child care setting

*A positive and friendly attitude

*Initiative and capacity to work with mínimal supervision

*The ability to maintain consistency with policies, attitude, behaviour management, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.

*Current CPR and First Aid

*Food Handlers Safety Course

*Current Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks

*Have transportation to and from our facility as we are not on a bus route
