Position Overview:
Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:
- Assist in planning and organizing daily production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and support to production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in training new team members on company processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager to conduct performance reviews and address any performance issues.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering materials to ensure production continuity.
- Work closely with the procurement team to source costeffective and highquality materials.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager to implement best practices and new technologies.
- Actively participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a woodworking or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
