How We Support You:

Mentorship and regular oneonone coaching ondemand with principal dentist
Oneonone support from your Pod Lead to help identify obstacles to efficiency and opportunities for improvement
Access to our own PDC Spear Study Club to support your education, scope, growth, and interdisciplinary collaboration
We support and promote your growth and development in niche dentistry including implants and comprehensive care
Access to premium evening and Saturday shifts with strong patient demand and great lead times
Reserved emergency times for completing same day emergency care
Continuous Improvement of our team focused on key metrics to carry out our Mission
Technology includes onsite CBCT, intraoral scanner, desktop scanner, secure virtual consult options, realtime digital communication, patient education software (Spear), Implantplanning and surgical guide planning software (CoDiagnostix)
Assess, diagnose, treatment plan comprehensive and specific care needs
Provide patient education, problem identification, prognostication, and informed treatment options
Restorative, prosthetic, surgical and full scope care (within scope)
Communicate with specialists and referral partners to support ideal patient care outcomes
Lead a small pod team to deliver ontime patient care
Provide recall examinations for Registered Dental Hygienists
Daily charting of care and patient communication

The option to work 7:458:00 from September February 2024 is also an option

Tuesday

Thursday

7:455:00 February 2024 Maternity Leave Coverage

Saturday

7:454:00 Permanent (24 per month)

1 CDA (floater) shared by the Team
