Dairy Queen Petawawa is in search of a team leader/supervisor.

Qualities required:

Flexible availability am/pm (summer and past September 2023) from hrs/week
Longevity of employment.
Must have leadership skills and determination
Willing to take initiative, problem solve and delegate team to uphold service goals set out by management.
A keen eye for detail to ensure proper product and cleanliness standards are met.
Kind, friendly and prompt customer service.
Ability to learn all aspects of the restaurant including grill, chill and customer service
Ability to move quick on your feet, to assist, assess and correct situations during quick service.
Prior experience with a register system, and cash management preferred.
