Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Appointment Reminder to join our team at Montreal Cleaning Solutions Inc.
The Appointment Reminder will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive timely reminders of their scheduled cleaning appointments, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm appointment details, including date, time, and specific cleaning services requested.
- Assist clients in rescheduling or canceling appointments when necessary, while accommodating their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments and communications using our scheduling system.
- Coordinate with our cleaning staff to optimize scheduling and ensure that appointments are completed efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Pay:
$22.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
