    About the job Bilingual Shipping/ Receiving Clerk

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Generate required paperwork, including Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, and pro forma invoices.
    • Coordinate daily product movements with sales and customers.
    • Confirm product availability & build loads in the JDE system.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse for orders with fittings.
    • Pre-call customers before shipment, as required.
    • Perform data entry in JDE and DSI systems.
    • Communicate with customer service via email and phone calls.
    • Research and resolve purchase order issues and complete necessary corrections.
    • Track proof of delivery.
    • Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes.
    • Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-off.
    • Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Fluency in English & French
    • Previous experience with JDE and SAP is an asset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Strong mathematic skills
    • Valid forklift license & Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
