YOUR INTERNSHIP
Within the
Configuration and Change Management team, your role will be to support the Project Configuration and Change Managers on daily tasks such as:

  • Prepare and communicate agenda for Change Control Boards
  • Prepare and communicate the Minutes of Meeting notes during the Change Control Boards
  • Followup on Change Request actions during execution and implementation phase
  • Prepare monthly or weekly Key Performance Indicator
  • Management of traceable / serialized items


While the intern will be based in Saint-Bruno, will work on cross sites projects within the North America region.


The sites involved in the projects could be:
Kingston, La Pocatiere, Plattsburgh, Brampton, Thunder Bay, etc.

will be in interaction of all the functions of the project, including: engineering, industrialization, supply chain, quality, operation.


YOUR PROFILE

  • You study in a
    project management or engineering university program:
  • You have ideally at least a first experience and knowledge of a manufacturing and/or technical environment
  • Mastery of Windows series software (Excel, words, power point and outlook)
  • You are at ease in both written and oral English and French
  • You demonstrate perseverance, interpersonal skills, Good organizational and communication skills.
