Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop clear, comprehensive user stories for feature requests and bug fixes
Work closely with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to gather requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across teams
Managing the product backlog, sprint planning and actioning of prioritized tasks with the Scrum Team
Participate in acceptance testing during product development to ensure the acceptance criteria are met
Continuously improve your skills and maintain uptodate knowledge on group insurance, software, and industry best practices
Communicate effectively with all levels of management and crossfunctional teams

What does it take?

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile process and principles
Experience working with Group Benefits, general insurance, or financial services
Technical experience in related fields such as DBA, Developer, Quality Assurance, or Data Analyst
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills
Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and adapt to a fastpaced environment
Proven selfstarter with strong communication, presentation, and leadership qualities

Preferred Experience

Experience in data transformation and data structures
Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Microsoft Data Factory
Group Benefits training or certification
IFEBP training or Certified Employee Group Benefits (CEBS) designation
General Insurance Essentials certification
Experience in UX and UI design
