Job Description:


Are you ready to dive into a whirlwind of tasks with the precision of a seasoned acrobat? We are on the hunt for a Team Support Coordinator who thrives in handling a kaleidoscope of duties with a meticulous eye and a can-do attitude.

This role is perfect for someone who isn't afraid to tackle complex problems, especially within our existing software systems, and who possesses an almost supernatural attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Safety Oversight:
Take charge of our comprehensive safety program to ensure workplace and project safety compliance at all times.

  • Maintenance Supervision:


Oversee the maintenance program for refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment in commercial buildings across the Edmonton area is maintained to the highest standards and functions optimally.


  • Project Compliance:
Act as the compliance watchdog for technical projects, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet specified guidelines.

  • Vehicle Management:
Manage vehicle upkeep, including regular maintenance and insurance matters.


Cross-trained Tasks:

  • Answering Phones
  • Dispatching technicians
  • Client Invoicing
  • Entering Payables
  • Accounts receivable collection
  • Reading technical job reports for compliance
  • Creating estimates for jobs
  • Issuing Pos and ordering parts
  • Special projects required for the office
  • Creating policies, procedures, and processes
  • Daily/weekly reporting of scorecard metrics
  • Follow up with client satisfaction and job compliance
  • Client onboarding
  • Updating client profiles

Month End Tasks:

  • Tech paperwork
  • Assist bookkeepers

Qualifications:
Proven ability to solve intricate problems and adapt to varying task demands.

Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Strong commitment to timely and accurate results.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in administrative roles or similar, preferably in a technical or maintenance environment.

A strong passion for people, over-communicating, and maintaining qualifications through ongoing education.
