Overview

We are in search of a talented individual to take on the role of Video Podcast Producer and lead our internal video podcast program. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of video podcast production, from setting up the studio to managing equipment, scheduling, production, and publication. This role demands a mix of technical skills, creative vision, and project management expertise to deliver top-notch video podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Development and Management: Design and supervise the in-house video podcast studio setup. Acquire and configure all necessary audio and video equipment to meet production standards. Maintain the studio, equipment, and software in optimal working condition.
• Production Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all video podcast shoots with hosts, guests, and production staff. Establish efficient production workflows to ensure quality and productivity. Create production schedules, shot lists, and scripts.
• Production Oversight: Direct and produce video podcast episodes in line with brand standards. Guide the filming process to capture high-quality video and audio. Manage additional production personnel as needed.
• Post-Production Supervision: Oversee editing to deliver polished content aligned with the organization's vision. Supervise sound mixing, editing, and graphics integration. Edit episodes for maximum appeal and compliance with broadcast standards.
• Delivery and Publishing: Handle episode encoding and rendering for publication. Distribute video podcasts on various platforms. Collaborate with content partners for additional products. Monitor analytics and viewer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production or similar roles, showcasing work in podcasting or related areas.

Education and Experience
