Job title: Stress Engineer
Description
Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to analyze and evaluate the structural integrity and durability of aircraft components, ensuring their compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
As a stress engineer, you will be responsible for performing classical hand analysis methods and finite element analysis on metallic and non-metallic structures. This includes assessing primary structure, secondary structure, and flight test installations from a static strength perspective.
Additionally, you will conduct fatigue assessments based on customer's mission profile requirements. Your expertise in defining inspection tasks and maintenance intervals (Threshold and Repeat Inspection Intervals) will also play a crucial role in maintaining optimal aircraft performance.
