We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the following opportunity in our Toronto office:
Application Support Analyst - Toronto

Accountabilities include:

Maintain policy document template library and perform product configurations as requested
Manage tickets (bugs and change requests) related to production support; ticket escalation to vendor
Prerelease testing and quality assurance
Perform trending analysis of problems to implement proactive solutions
Communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Systems preferred
13+ years' experience in Financial Services
Previous production support and/or project management experience an asset
Bilingual in French and English an asset
