Duties:

• Devise strategies to achieve operational timelines efficiently.
• Educate our team on their responsibilities, along with the importance of hygiene and safety standards.
• Forecast the need for ingredients and supplies, placing accurate orders to meet our kitchen's demands.
• Play a pivotal role in expanding our team by identifying and onboarding new members of the team.
• Formulate and manage financial forecasts and expenditure plans.
• Act as the primary contact for guest feedback, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
• Keep meticulous documentation regarding inventory, maintenance activities, sales figures, and wastage, aiding in operational efficiency.
• Compile and present detailed operational reports, offering insights into kitchen performance.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution processes of meal trays, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness.
• Design and implement effective work schedules, optimizing staff productivity and service quality.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of one year in a management role within the food service industry.
• Experience within a high pace environment focused on delivering high quality food and service
• Experience overseeing a team of 510
• A current Food Safety Certificate
• Stellar English abilities and a customercentric approach, ensuring a memorable experience.

Salary:
$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
