Supporting the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)Supporting the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.
Assessing training needs, developing and supporting training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.
Tracking delivery aProductst the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues)Highly effective at building relationships, teams and collaborating with others.
Basic project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment.
Ability to understand technical jargon and distill into simple user facing communications & learning
Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to Product consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives.
Flexible and adaptable; Proficiency with Google Suite, Cornerstone (LMS), video production, and graphic design software preferredExperience in working according to Agile methodologies.
English working proficiency.
Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology or related field preferred
Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks
