Job Summary

NOTE:

Fluxscopic Ltd., creates inquisitive video games with heart and meaning. Recently released our debut title Mayhem in Single Valley with publisher tinyBuild (Potion Craft, Hello Neighbour and more).

Seeking to bolster our small team with new talent and begin visual design work, create key and promo art for a new IP.

Looking for interested community managers to discuss possibilities moving forward.


Project info
Our initial plan is to design a functioning prototype for our latest IP. We aim to begin late summer. Project will last for roughly three years (prototyping and full production combined).


Summary


Working alongside the production team to promote and create awareness for the company brand and its products through social media and direct community engagement.


Responsibilities and Duties
Organise imaginative social media campaigns. Publish videos, images, development updates, and other promotional media from the production phase through to release. Brand management and promotion. Prepare and present creative ideas to team.


Qualifications and Skills
Passion for strategic thinking and planning. Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of Photoshop (or equivalent software), video editing software, and an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms such a Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook.

Team player and leadership skills.


Experience:
Community management or equivalent: 5 years (required)


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON
