We are looking for a full-time

Interior Service Technician to join our team at our Brantford Residential Rental location.

About the Role:

Complete maintenance in vacant units and assigned repairs contained in written work orders in a timely manner.
Report to supervisor any infractions of rules or regulations observed within the units.
Keep supervisor informed of status of work orders and request any parts required.
Communicate on a consistent basis with customer a full description, both written and verbal, of the work completed or not completed in their home.
Participate in after hours on call rotation as required.
Be professional, diplomatic and helpful to our customers at all times.
Adhere to all safety rules.

Experience & Qualifications:

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, and ability to multitask and complete basic maintenance repairs.
Related building maintenance experience is preferred.
Possess a positive customer service focus and enjoy interactions with customers.
Selfmotivated and able to work within a team environment.
Prior safety training, demonstrated safety awareness and knowledge of safe working procedures.
A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
